About the Site’s Name(s)
Curby
The name comes from a childhood nickname derived from my love for Nintendo’s Kirby games. The misspelling is intentional.
I started using it as my nick in games and online accounts. Later in 2004, I registered the curby.net domain name. A few years later, I registered cur.by in Belarus, which gives me short URLs.
Design. Simplify. Refine.
These are three important tasks to perform while developing and maintaining products. There’s also some silly joke in here about making people DeSiRe your work. I’m tempted to replace Design with Empathize, but EmSiRe isn’t a word.
